What about replacements?
Most items have a 3 month warranty (against manufacture failure) so if a repair is needed within this time, I cover the cost. If you find yourself doing something silly with your item, for example bending it, scratching it, pulling it against a door handle etc, send me an email and I can resuscitate your piece for a small fee.
The only exception are the malas. Malas are a little bit more delicate and more care is needed with these magical pieces. The tassels in particular are fragile in comparison to other jewellery items, so if you want to wear your mala day to day, expect some noticeable wear and tear. It will last as long as you look after it. I do however offer a restringing service which means you never have to worry about where to restring your mala. Simply get in contact.
